What is Bohemia Euphoria?
Bohemia Euphoria is a film streaming service and integrated social community, dedicated to amplifying the voices and stories of under-represented people. Bohemia Euphoria presents a lovingly curated collection of films about and by under-represented groups, sharing vital stories of lived experiences which benefit both their community and the global one. We celebrate incredible film-making and performance from women, LGBTQ+ people, diverse communities of colour and culture, disabled people and countercultural voices.

Can I stream films to my TV?
Yes, on each of our films you will be able to cast to your TV by locating the casting icon bottom right of the video player. By clicking the button, it will simply show the film on your TV screen. To exit, please cancel the screen via your laptop/computer/mobile device.

I have bought a livestream premiere ticket, what should I do now?
Your ticket will be valid for 24 hours from the date and time of the event you have purchased your ticket for, therefore you must be present at the time of the screening. As it is a livestream, you will not be able to rewind and if you are late, you may miss the film or a very interesting live Q&A.

I rented a movie but can’t watch it. What should I do?
Please contact us on hello@bohemiaeuphoria.com with the issues your experiencing including your browser and any screenshots so we can investigate as to why this may be.

How many films are there in a bundle?
You will find 4 hand selected films by internationally renowned directors over on our Bundle page.

Is it free to be a part of Bohemia Euphoria?
Yes! We welcome everyone to join in the conversation across Bohemia Euphoria. From sharing your stories, reviews or joining in various topics on our Channel page. However, to watch a film there will be various fees.

How do I get in touch with customer services?

Where do I find the films I have rented?
Click on your Bohemia Euphoria icon on the right hand side of the screen to find your “My Films” section, where you’ll find your rented titles.

I have rented a film, how long do I have to watch it?
Once you have purchased your film, you are able to watch it as many times as you like for 1 month.

What devices can I watch films on?
You will be able to watch films on any internet or WiFi connected device including: mobile devices, iPhone, Androids, iPads, Computers. We would advise for you to be mindful of your internet data usage to avoid any further charges by your provider.

How do I download films to my computer from Bohemia Euphoria’s website?
We do not offer this service, you must view your films via the Bohemia Euphoria website. Film purchases can be found in the “My Films” section along with your remaining viewing time.

What is the optimal browser for watching films on the web?
We recommend you use Google Chrome when viewing films on Bohemia Euphoria for the best possible viewing experience.

How do I get subtitles for my film?
Each film page will let you know whether subtitles are available, part available or coming soon. If subtitles are available you will be able to configure the settings via the bottom right hand corner of each player. Read more about accessibility on Bohemia Euphoria.

Do I need to be signed in to watch films?
Yes, you will need to be subscribed and either purchase or use your voucher code to view a film.

I can’t find a film on the website, what should I do?
You will be able to search our website via the magnifying glass on the right hand side of the screen next to your Bohemia Euphoria icon. Also, you will find various films throughout Bohemia Euphoria via “Our Films”. If you are still not able to find what you are looking for then let us know via our contact form.

Is Bohemia Euphoria only about showing films?
No, Bohemia Euphoria is about amplifying and celebrating under-represented voices and stories from women, LGBTQ+ people, diverse communities of colour and culture, disabled people and countercultural voices. It’s about community and being able to create safer spaces for conversations and discussions.

Does Bohemia Euphoria display content warnings?
Yes, on the individual film page we display warnings for content which could be triggering or affect those with photosensitive epilepsy etc.

I don’t want to be a part of Bohemia Euphoria anymore and I want all of my information removed. How do I do that?
Please email us via hello@bohemiaeuphoria.com with your email address and that you want your information to be removed and we will remove your information.

How do I change my credit card credentials?
You can change this by clicking your Bohemia Euphoria icon and clicking “My Card Details”

Is there a Bohemia Euphoria app?
